About the event
The life cycles of Pacific Salmon are amazing beyond belief! Salmon are born in high mountain streams, migrate to the Pacific Ocean where they grow large feeding on the sea's bounty, and finally journey hundreds of miles back to the places of their birth where they spawn and die. Clearly, salmon display remarkable evidence of their Creator's design and care.
On our tour we will observe salmon spawning in Eagle Creek in the Columbia Gorge and also visit the fish ladders and hatchery at nearby Bonneville Dam. This will be a perfect place for discussion of our responsibility to "have dominion over the fish of the sea" as described in Genesis 1:28.
